Jackpot... Not!

My friend Joan sent me this message today, written in green is what was written by her. In blue was what I thought in response to what was written. The message lasted only four sentences.

"One of my friend said that you're pretty cute and funny after viewing your profile." Yes jackpot

"She has pretty good eye." Yes yes another jackpot

"FYI, she's a married woman. So, it's a compliment lor..." Dang it, cherries, no jackpot

Regarding She

Just a background on She, the poem below. Events leading to the creation of the poem which I am embarrassed of and can't seem to be able to force myself to read now.

I had just finished editing that pic of a person I admire (maybe was admire, can't say for sure, mixed feelings, don't think I will ever sort it out). Then I listened to the Winter Sonata theme. (If you are not familiar with Winter Sonata, it is a hit Korean Love Series which was aired a few years back). By the time, I was done enjoying the themes, it was 1 am and I was full of emotions. 1 am is also usually where I have inspirations and a lot of stupid ideas.

So there you have it, the pic (recollection of past events), love sound track and wrong time of the day to still be awake, is the recipe for a masterpiece poetic disaster.

I am not going to take that post off my blog, may it be a crappy poem, it still comes from within me and is an account of what I am going through in this stage of my life.

Thanks to all my friends that showed concerns. I am trully blessed to have you guys as friends. God bless.

She

She. Tracex

She is waiting for me some where out there.

I really can't say where, I haven't found her yet.

A couple of times I thought I did, but they were illusions.

Perhaps, just perhaps, with God's grace, one day I will find her.

When I first glance at her, time will slow.

She will glow.

Her hair will flow.

Beauty will I behold.

She will inspire me, my muse.

She will transform me, my catalyst.

For her I will be strong,

For her I will wager everything that I have, just to see her smile.

It doesn't matter if she has flaws

It doesn't matter if we fight.

I know I will miss those things, indeed my heart will break,

if ever she leaves.

She is my inspiration,

and my heart,

and my love,

She is the one.

Good night, I will see you in my dreams tonight.

The Gang is Back

Good news eveybody!

My friend Kenny just added a comment to the the post below and I really welcome the news that he brought. Don't know how he knows these things, but that aside, the good news is that Futurama is back on air.

Comedy Central has resurrected the former Fox animated series from "The Simpsons" creator Matt Groening and David X. Cohen. At least 13 new episodes will be produced.

I really hope that this time they will have a longer run than 5 seasons.
